Description and Mission
The mission of the Jefferson City Rape & Abuse Crisis Service shall be to provide direct services to persons who are victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault. Toward that end, shelter services are offered to provide physical safety and to facilitate services for those victims of abuse.
