Description and Mission

The American Red Cross provides disaster preparedness and disaster relief in seven Mid-Missouri counties. We also provide emergency services and communication for members of the military. We teach CPR (adult, infant and child) and First Aid to over 7,000 people annually, and water safety to over 5,000 people annually.

Activities:

Primary focuses are Health and Safety Training, Disaster Preparedness and Relief, Services to Armed Forces, International Services, and Blood Services.

Special emphasis and skills:

Project Management, Public Relations, Community Development, Emergency Planning
