Description and Mission

The Adult Education Program offers a wide variety of services to people 16 years and older who are not currently enrolled in school. These services include: literacy and basic skills training, GED preparation, GED online, English Language Institute for non-native speakers, and workplace skills training. In addition to the Adult Learning Center, services are provided at satellite sites including Job Point Resource Center. Approximately 1800 people are served each year. We have a large percentage of ESL (English as a Second Language) students. ESL classes: morning, afternoon, & evening.
