Description and Mission

Mid-Missouri Mental Heath Center offers acute mental health care for children and adults. MMMHC is one of eleven state-funded psychiatric facilities operating within the Department of Mental Health. Through cooperative agreements with the University of Missouri-Columbia, MMMHC offers training opportunities in several health care related fields, including psychiatry, nursing, and social work.
