Description and Mission

Access Arts is a teaching program offering quality experiences in the arts and music, with accessibility to people of all ages, origin, and background, to the abled and to those with disability, and to the disadvantaged as well as the privileged. It's focus is to elevate all people to a higher level of creativity in which art becomes a threshold to life.

Activities:

Students serve as class assistants for art and music instructors who teach persons with disabilities.

Special emphasis and skills:

Child Enrichment Activities, Photography, Project Management, Adaptive Art, Adaptive Recreation, Citizen Involvement, Cultural & Social Assimilation, Life Skills Training
