Description and Mission

The International Teaching Assistants Program (ITAP) is responsible for ensuring that all teaching assistants and graduate instructors who are not native speakers of English speak well enough to ensure communication in the classroom. The goal of the program is to ensure that students and instructors communicate freely, and use that communication as a basis for a rewarding and enriching experience in the classroom.
