Description and Mission

The Office of Community Involvement strives to connect students with local and national agencies in directed, meaningful, quality volunteer experiences. Whether you are a single volunteer, or a large group, we will assist you in finding a service opportunity for you. The groups that belong to our office are: Alternative Spring Break, Caring for Columbia, Service on Saturdays, Tiger Hour, and Positive Delta. Please contact us for more information on how to get involved!

Activities:

Our office has a wide variety of activities within the organizations that belong to our office. Service on Saturdays occurs every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month. Tiger Hour is a one day, one hour opportunity that occurs every Wednesday. Caring for Columbia is an annual event that brings students and organizations out for a morning of service. Alternative Spring Break sends students to various cities across the country to do service projects for their spring break. And our last organization, Positive Delta, strives to bring more service opportunities to the Greek community. Please contact service@missouri.edu for more information!
