Description and Mission

The Missouri Youth Orchestra rehearses under the direction of their professional conductor Carrie Turner and gives local youth the competitive experience of audition, rehearsal and performance.

Activities:

Students can serve in a variety of capacities including marketing a membership subscription series to parents and community members; organizing the Orchestra Grandparents Program, working on an advertising team or creating a signature fundraising event to provide long term financial stability.

Special emphasis and skills:

Project Management, Office Administration, Data Compilation, Event Planning, Fundraising, Marketing, Advertising, Educational Counseling, Graphic Design, Editing
