Description and Mission

The Community Partnership is a non-profit organization that strives toward empowering the community to work together to address the issues and concerns of local residents. It is our mission to have a safe, diverse community where all people are respected, have full opportunity to be involved, and can achieve productive, happy, and healthy lives. The purpose of the Partnership is to promote coordination and cooperation among schools, social service providers, businesses, parents, governmental agencies and residents. We are a founding partner of the BCOTN, the Boone County Offenders Transition Network, and coordinate it's activities.

Activities:

Students can work as a team or individually on a various marketing projects.

Special emphasis and skills:

Customer Service, Fundraising, Community Organizing, Crime Prevention, Cultural & Social Assimilation, Economic Justice, Web Design, Marketing, Web Page Management
