Description and Mission

Columbia Community Montessori is a non-profit, educational institution working to provide low cost, high quality early-childhood through middle school Montessori education to children living in communities of need in Columbia.

Activities:

For our first semester, Fall 2009, two MU students can serve as classroom assistants between the hours of 8:00 and 1:00 assisting the children with their learning activities, healthy snacks or observing their interactions in writing for the director's assessment.

Special emphasis and skills:

Child Enrichment Activities, Cultural & Social Assimilation, Early Childhood Emphasis
